LITURGY MINISTRY
Praise and worship of God are the source and
foundation of all parish life and activity, and the
central act of our parish life is the celebration of
the Eucharist.
That celebration is an action of the whole Christ,
the Body of Christ united with its Head. The
liturgy is the public ritual in which Christ and his
Body celebrate "his work of salvation."
At Christ the King, the whole congregation, as
the Body of Christ, participates in the liturgy.
The Liturgy Ministry plans and coordinates
Sunday and special liturgies, and encourages
parishioners to join in its work.
