FINANCE MINISTRY
Members of the Finance Ministry are
parishioners appointed by the pastor
to advise him on parish
finances, although the pastor alone
is responsible for all financial
decisions.
The committee reviews parish
income and expenses, prepares the
annual budget, and prepares,
approves, and submits to the bishop
and the parish an annual financial
report. The committee also reviews
the financial reports of parish
organizations, projects, and
activities, and offers financial
advice. The committee assists the
pastor in any necessary fund raising.
The Bishops' Fund Committee
handles the annual Bishops' Fund
Collection in the parish.
