For the past seventy-five years, Christ the King
Women's Guild has offered women of the parish

provide service to the parish and the surrounding
community through spiritual and social programs and
fundraising efforts. The Board members include

Celeste Hedge, Kathleen Lauring, Donna Byrnes,
Dianne Cummings, Joan Cross, Molly Chase, Karen
Guerin, Trudy Smith, Linda D'Agostino, Denise

Through the generous support of the parish, numerous
and varied undertakings have been possible for the
Women’s Guild. They include such spiritual events as
the Advent and Lenten Evenings of Recollection and
the Living Rosary. In an ecumenical support of both the
parish and the community at large, the Women’s Guild
has participated in the following efforts:

Fundraiser, Coats for Kids, the Mustard Seed, Abby
House, the Interfaith Hospitality Network, the CYC
Show Ad book sponsorship, Mother’s Day Shower,
Seminarian support, Christ the King Decorating
Committee, chalice and vestment repair, small
appliance donation for the parish kitchen and Johnson
Room, carpet cleaning for the Johnson Center in
conjunction with the CYC, Homeless Veteran’s Shelter
