BEVERAGES  

                                EGGNOG
Ingredients:
1 c. EggBeaters (or 2 eggs)          
1 tsp. ground nutmeg
4 T. confectioners' sugar            
2 c. whole milk (low fat may be used)
2 tsp. vanilla  
                    
   Combine EggBeaters, sugar, vanilla and whip with beater
until frothy. Mix in milk. Serve garnished with additional dash

nutmeg.

MULLED CIDER
Ingredients:
1/2 c. sugar
3-inch stick cinnamon
1 1/2 c. water
10 whole cloves
3 strips lemon peel
3 pt. apple cider
grated nutmeg

     Boil together sugar, water, and spices for 10 minutes.
Strain and add 3 pints of apple cider. Heat, but do not boil.
serve hot with a bit of grated nutmeg.

PARTY PUNCH
Ingredients:
1 (12-oz) can frozen orange juice     
2 liters ginger ale
1 (12-oz.) can frozen lemonade       
2 qt. Kool-Aid
1 (46-oz.) can pineapple juice         
raspberry sherbet

  Mix together all ingredients, except sherbet. Stir well and
place scoops of sherbet on top. An ice ring will keep the punch
cold longer.

YOGURT COOLATA
Ingredients:
2 c. French vanilla yogurt
1 c. strawberries, chopped
1 c. pears, chopped

    Mix together in a blender and serve chilled.
